Experian Data Quality, a leading provider of data quality software and services, today announced that it was named a Strong Performer in the Forrester Research, Inc., December 2015 report by Michele Goetz, The Forrester Wave™: Data Quality Solutions, Q4 2015. The report evaluated 13 vendors based on 30 criteria points.
According to the report, Experian Data Quality “was the only tool we evaluated that organizations could implement with little to no technology management support... The environment is both intuitive and also provides guidance to help business data stewards understand and shape the data to meet their levels of trust.” In addition, the report cites Experian as having the highest possible score for data governance and stewardship, as well as enrichment.
“We believe our positioning in the Forrester report further validates our ability to provide business users with adaptive products that empower them to leverage meaningful data insights,” said Jonathan Hulford-Funnell, global managing director, Experian Data Quality. “Data management continues to be one of the top areas of investment for companies as they look to leverage data as a strategic asset for good. The problem today is that most companies do not fully utilize this asset or make optimal use of data to drive their business forward.”
“In our opinion, this report shows that the market for data quality tools will continue to grow, but also highlights that these tools will need to be adaptive and ready to serve multiple business functions,” continued Hulford-Funnell. “We are confident that we can provide companies with the software, services and third-party data they need to see value from their data assets quickly and drive business initiatives forward.”
Experian Data Quality provides organizations of all sizes with actionable data quality solutions that are adaptive to multiple purposes, including contact data validation, data profiling, data governance, data preparation and more.
