The solution works by validating the addresses at the point of capture against authoritative data sources. When a user creates a new record or edits existing information, data capture and validation happens inline within the forms for a seamless user workflow. Address validation allows a user to enter a minimal amount of information, then autocompletes the address.
Salesforce:
As a Salesforce AppExchange Partner, our certified global data quality solution integrates seamlessly into Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to ensure only accurate and correctly formatted addresses enter your CRM system. As the user types, the address search results are continually refined in a picklist. When the address is selected the address is standardized and auto-populated in the relevant fields.
SAP:
As an SAP partner, our address validation integration is compatible with S/4 HANA and ECC6. The solution is configured to detect changes to standard SAP address fields. When a user creates new information or edits existing information, the capture window is automatically invoked. With minimal data entered, Experian returns a complete and standardized address. The solution pastes the final address into the desired SAP fields, along with data appends.
Oracle E-Business Suite:
As an Oracle Gold partner, our contact data quality software ensures that faulty addresses are corrected and standardized before entry into Oracle EBS. Our address verification solution for Oracle EBS seamlessly integrates into Oracle EBS Web Forms (Self Service) and Professional Forms. On Web Forms, users can access the functionality by selecting the validation button directly below the address fields. Our Single Line Engine is then invoked to help you start improving address accuracy, and in with fewer keystrokes. On Professional Forms, users utilize the “Zoom” button to access our functionality.
